We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@pawifyco.com. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us evaluate the issue, please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, assembled, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned without original packaging. We also do not accept returns based on change of mind, aesthetic preference, size preference after purchase, or normal wear and tear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, or customized products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the approved item first and place a separate order for the new item after the return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@pawifyco.com.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After 24 hours, if your order has already entered processing or shipment preparation, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
Governing Law
This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
